Description: Building on Acting In Improv 1, students will deepen their performance chops even further through a mix of improv and traditional acting exercises. Students will learn to better trust their instincts, how to work most effectively with scene partners, and incorporate their whole body into a performance. The class will also dive into longer scenes focused with connected and grounded performance choices.

Goal: To build on the skills and processes learned in Acting In Improv Level 1, to help improvisors incorporate traditional acting fundamentals into their toolkit to broaden their toolkit and benefit their performances.

Prerequisite: Acting In Improv 1 or a requisite level of improv specific training (Improv Foundation 4 or equivalent) combined with traditional acting training. Please email <education@baddogtheatre.com> with inquiries.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Hannah Spear is a Dora and Canadian Comedy Award nominated actor and comedian. She recently wrapped a two year run with The Second City Mainstage, with whom Hannah co-created several revues. Her acting credits include Star Trek Discovery, Murdoch Mysteries, New Eden, Versus Valerie, and Tallboys.

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY:
