Owl Citizens is absurdity for an absurd world. Their shows reflect the eclectic points of view, identities, sweetie pie personalities, and unique talents of the individual members with sketches that portray something that's like the real world but with the bizarreness and generational angst turned up. Their sketches are at times thoughtful (but not heady), satirical (but not angry), and/or chaotic (but not sloppy).

Owl Citizens formed in Fall 2023 out of Bad Dog Theatre Company's student community. Since forming in September, they've been creating sketches under the guidance of director Alessandra Vite (Second City Tour Co, The Sketchersons, Flirty Boys, etc.) and performing regularly at Bad Dog's Sweet Wednesdays community showcases.
