Description: Clownprov 1 blends elements found within clown work (physical comedy, le jeu, finding "the game", and joyful play) with improv. Participants will learn to maximize joy during performance; repeat and build off their successes, and access their "inner clown" within the context of improv scenework.
Goal: To blend the fundamental principles of clowning with scenic improvisation.
Instructor:Ken Hall
Prerequisite: Improv Foundation 4 or equivalent
Class Size: 10 people max.
Duration: 6 weeks, 12 hours total
Location: TBD - Either Centre For Social Innovation (CSI Spadina - 192 Spadina Ave) or Bad Dog Studio (392 Spadina Ave)
