Bad Dog Theatre is thrilled to launch its Mentorship Project to continue training emerging artists who are looking to grow their roles within the community (as producers, techs, stage managers, arts administrators, teachers, etc). They will be paired up with an experienced improvisor from our Bad Dog community depending on the goals outlined in this application.
The mentor and the mentee will be expected to complete the following activities:
- Attend a program kickoff meet and greet with Bad Dog management and staff
- Perform at an All Play
- Attend and discuss a Bad Dog marquee show
- Produce and perform a Big Dog Little Dog show at the end of the program
Other suggested activities will include coordinating to shadow your mentor at their job, attend trivia night at Bad Dog, watch your mentor perform at a show.
This is a great way to get to know the Bad Dog community, people within Toronto improv scene and get hands on experience in your area of interest.
Applications for Bad Dog's Mentorship Program are currently closed.
