Joe Amero is a founding member of the improv troupe Pepperoni Pizza Cats who enjoy performing on the festival circuit and in their own monthly show at The Social Capital Theatre. He is a graduate of The Comedy Writing and Improv Programs as well as the Longform and Sketch Conservatories at the Second City Training Centre. He has performed in the Cat's Cradle and Narrative Studios at the Bad Dog Academy. He is currently a member of the Featured Players at Bad Dog Theatre, playing in 'Tripych' and will be premiering his 1 person show 'Blood' at the theatre in November. Joe volunteers with Funnies For Families and currently holds the title for 'Best Dad in the WORLD!' (and has a coffee mug to prove it).
Brennan Asbridge is an award-nominated improviser from Oakville, Ontario. She is a graduate of both the Second City’s longform and sketch conservatory programs. She is one half of improv duo Two Girls One Trench Coat, part of the longform troupe Jibber Jabbar, as well as a current cast member of the Bad Dog Featured Players. She has performed at improv festivals across North America, and now hopes to perform all over the world via her internet web series “Brennan and Victoria Make Rent.” If you don't like the internet, you can also see her producing and performing live on shows all over Toronto, including her monthly show “Seeing Double,” the third Tuesday of every month, 9:30pm at Comedy Bar.
Randl Morales was born and raised in the tropical paradise called the Philippines and now lives in snowy winter wonderland Toronto, Canada. His first improv performance was in 2015 at the Bad Dog Comedy Theatre stage. At that moment he found his love for performing comedy and never looked back. He has performed at improv shows such as the Humans of Improv, Kwento, $15 Beer Beer Comedy Show and the World's Biggest Improv Tournament. He has also performed in improv festivals such as the Big City Improv Festival, Summer Blockbuster Week, and the Toronto Celebration of Improv. He is a long-time member of the longform troupe Re-Re-Replay.
Rebecca Payne is a Toronto-based improviser, actor and writer. She was part of the Bad Dog Featured Players, Season Four, and has performed on the Bad Dog stage in many shows, including Theatresports and Smashcut. She also performs regularly on alternative-comedy show The Disaster. She produces a monthly show called Lovers and Other Strangers: Improvised that uses clips from a '90s new-age/self-help radio show as inspiration. Her short fiction has been featured in Cosmonauts Avenue and Echolocation, and she was shortlisted for the 2015 SLS Montreal Flash Fiction Prize.
Youness is a comedian based in Toronto. His main focus is improv, stand-up and, sketch. He is a regular improvisor at Bad Dog on weekends (Theatresports, The Early Show) along with being one their youth improv instructors. He also graduated from theatre school at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City.
Mark Shyzer is a writer and improviser. He performs as part of the cast of the Rat King at Bad Dog and as one half of the musical comedy duo Lady Mary and the Marquis van Shyzer. He lives in the Annex and likes to feed the birds but has never Instagrammed.
Jackie Twomey is a Toronto based improviser and sketch performer. She is currently a Bad Dog Featured Player. She has performed at Bad Dog in The Rat King, Theatresports, Smash Cut, Frontrunner, and The Early Show. In 2018 she was selected for Bad Dog’s Emerging Creators’ Unit. Earlier this year, Jackie performed in the JFL solo character showcase at the Toronto Sketchfest. She has taught and performed at comedy festivals across North America. TwoSon, her duo with Devon Henderson, recently took their show “GOAT: A Sketch Comedy Revue” to the Winnipeg Fringe, to critical acclaim. You can see Jackie in the upcoming sketch revue, “Dead Parents Society,” premiering in Toronto this November at Buddies in Bad Times.
