Welcome to The Bad Dog Academy
The Bad Dog Academy is the Bad Dog Theatre Company’s school of improvisation - dedicated to teaching the language and skills that create & support unscripted performance. With some of Canada’s best improvisers as instructors, you will be pushed to be your best improv self! Whether you’re trying to break into the performing arts, hone a creative edge, or simply become more comfortable in front of new people, the Bad Dog Academy’s improv workshops are for you. They’re FUN, the people are supportive and there’s never any pressure to do things you’re uncomfortable with. Moreover, we want you to get the most out of your experience with Bad Dog, we want to finish this term at Bad Dog with greater confidence, whether it’s as a performing improviser or just in public-speaking!
