Mark Your Territory
The Bad Dog Theatre is celebrating its one year anniversary in our new home at 875 Bloor Street West! To commemorate the milestone, we are offering friends of the Bad Dog Theatre the opportunity to own a piece of our history.
For a limited time only, our supporters can add a personal touch to the Bad Dog Theatre experience by naming a seat in our newly decorated auditorium. That’s right – it’s a seat with your name on it! It’s your chance to Mark Your Territory.
Of course, it doesn’t have to be for you! It could be a unique gift, a special way to mark a significant anniversary, birthday, or a heartfelt way to remember someone who loves Bad Dog. It’s your chance become a part of our history while building for the future of the Bad Dog Theatre and community.
Every time you take a seat at the theatre, or walk by as the audience filters in, you will have the pleasure of knowing that your generosity makes it possible for others to experience the unique joy, entertainment, understanding, and self-discovery that comes only from the performing arts.
How it Works
From November 20 to December 20, choose a seat in our intimate 64-seat theatre. For $500, your name will be inscribed on a plaque recognizing your patronage and support of the arts in Toronto. If it feels right, do it again. For $750, name two seats and double your commitment to ensuring that our audiences have a safe and happy place to enjoy great theatre.
Once you have purchased your seat, a member of our fundraising team will contact you by email to arrange the wording for your plaque. Seat placement is subject to availability.
In recognition of your donation, an engraved brass plaque will be placed on the back of your seat(s). You, or the namesake of the seat, will receive a commemorative certificate. In addition, you will receive a tax-deductible receipt for your charitable donation.
